I am going to go ahead and post the Sales & Marketing section of the business plan even though it needs some additional information to complete the plan. It includes the following:
How many dollars will Good Faith spend per month for advertising?
$500/mo?

Which realty management companies are we going to partner with? Names of companies?

Sales forecast needs to have quantities filled into the chart. Please note that sales involves property owners from my perspective. If that is not correct, please let me know.

We need to add more information about yourself under the section of "Who will Sell". I would like to see some more personal information.

We need to add closing statements after the Sales Forecast.
I would like to set up a Skype meeting with you to this week if that would be possible.

I have filled some positions on the Org chart so I edited the Powerpoint page and will try to post it on our Google share documents, I have also made a new portal for the Good Faith Group and I've defined the customer and our services will you please write up our business plan with customer and services in the plan. The template that you have submitted has a section on Products and Services these services I have posted on the portal is what we will focus on. Because the company is not licensed by the state of Florida for property management services we will have to focus on providing back office value added services to the real estate licensed professionals. I've been corresponding with someone to write up the marketing plan and an attorney that will draw up the documents for our customer to sign. Please post just the Products and services portion of business plan so the other team member may review. Talk to you soon
