I would love to look over the handbook but I am getting an error message when I try to open the attachement.

Maybe my rights have changed or maybe I did something wrong?

Susan,
Any help with the tenant handbook would be greatly appreciated. Luis indicated that he would like to condense the sample that I posted. If you could give me some input I can include your comments also.
