I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Jeanette you can also call me Joie. I'm an Information Technology professional. Been employed as a Consultant for Meralco, a utility company in the Philippines. Have been self-employed to do business with a network marketing company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Moved to the US last 2005. Been employed as an admin assistant for the billing department and the executives of a home health and hospice company. Started blogging since 2006 not for any profit but for self reflection.
I Started attending courses on online marketing 2008 while employed and actively serving in a community in Phoenix, Arizona. I'm an entrepreneur, an internet marketer by heart and an active Real Estate Investor networking in Tampa Florida. My goal is to become a resource for entrepreneurs who would like to use internet marketing as one of their marketing tools. I am not an internet marketing expert yet but that is the goal. I am new in Real Estate Investing but have been actively involving myself in SFRs, MFRs and commercial RE. I am part of REI networks Tampa Bay Area, Orlando, and virtual communities of investors. My Real Estate Investing goals are to buy and hold some of the properties I wholesale and continuously grow in this arena for the rest of my life.
My thoughts on this company are mostly questions for now, as I try to read more of the blogs and getting around the website.

What or who do we want to be? When do we want to achieve this?
How do we plan to acquire the properties? How do we plan to expand? Buy properties? Or lease option them?
Is the company licensed to do property management?
Any benchmark company? Who is our competition?
What is our goal for this website?

Who is our targetmarket? – landlords, out of state owners, REO properties, other property management companies
Where do we want to dominate? Where do we want to begin?
What is our Media? Online thru social networks, email campaigns, blogs, company website, video advertising, newspaper, direct mail, etc?
What is our message? – what do we offer? What is our edge? What does our prospects need and want that we can address?
I will start blogging or asking more questions and will provide a plan of action starting tomorrow Saturday. But my regular work hours will be
