Hi Larry & Luis,
After my conversation with Larry, I was working in Excel on the timesheet template and ran into a potential issue.
We would like to see the individual dates in the timesheet with a weekly total for # of hours worked. The issue is this: it will not be efficient to track information for an entire year on a spreadsheet.
#1. There will be too much information on the file which eats up memory space - either when emailing it bac and forth or uploading it to the site
#2. Trying to create a report from it will not be efficient -- too manual
#3. We are stuck on access. We would like people to go in and approve and have Luis approve the information. However, we don't want everyone to be able to see someone else's timesheet becuase of sensitive information it might contain - like their pay rate, etc. It is not something everyone would like to share.

I wondered if it would be easier to use an online timesheet site. This way, the burden of storing the time data falls on the software not us. We will still keep sensitive information like bank routing #s, etc on Excel spreadhseets with us, but the timesheet information itself can be on the software. This way:
- Each person an only log into their own timesheet.
- It will be easy to create reports and compare it against the clock in/clock out from the Events Forum.

It is merely something to consider, but I found 2 sites (have free versions) and it might be worth looking into.
