Accounts have been reconciled for July and tenant ledger updated to include security deposits.

Tenant statements and invoices were sent out today, for Harding and Duplex properties. All tenants received an email, except Harding, Unit 2 (J. Wool), who barters.

Over the weekend I had successfully migrated our financial data into QuickBooks. Now we can enjoy all of the powerful reporting features that QB has to offer.

Luis, Larry, Chizoba,As per instructions from Luis, I posted my 2 hours the week before last on the Events board. Last week's payroll is still outstanding and noone has followed through on collecting bank account coordinates to address this very important matter. Now another week has passed us by. Can you guys please update everyone how this is going to be addressed and when? Or will it be neccessary for everyone to go back and post their time on oDesk for last week and this week? Hi Larry & Luis,

After my conversation with Larry, I was working in Excel on the timesheet template and ran into a potential issue.
We would like to see the individual dates in the timesheet with a weekly total for # of hours worked. The issue is this: it will not be efficient to track information for an entire year on a spreadsheet.

#1. There will be too much information on the file which eats up memory space - either when emailing it bac and forth or uploading it to the site

#2. Trying to create a report from it will not be efficient -- too manual

Brought propertyware accounts, up to date - through June 20.

On 5/2, a bank reconciliation will be done, to double check that all transactions accurately match what the bank has on file.

I searched around for payment gateways that would allow integration in the website as opposed to connecting to the gateway website and I could only find 2:

- Paypal Web Pro --- Different from regular paypal offering
- Authorize.net

For both options, you will need a developer to help integrate with your webpage. With paypal, you need to hire your own, but with authorize, they charge you a setup fee and do it for you.

Books were closed out and reconciled for the month of March.

Brought both accounts up to date using bank records.

On Friday,

Rojas bank account was reconciled for February
The account was updated for MArch ( a few checks pending)
The new account, for Good Faith was updated for March (few checks pending)

Working hour for weekly updates to propertyware will be 3PM - 4PM U.S EST every Friday.

Today propertyware was updated from February through March 7th. Rents and expenses were properly categorized and reflected.
