I'd like to share an idea over a blockchain token that can be used for real estate management purposes. The token can represent value to property owners, rights holders, Tenants, vendors, neighbors, and any other party that may find value in it. Used to create a transparent ledger public to the internet to track exchanges. The token may be exchanged for nightly stays (in the form of time) at any of our managed real estate properties. This site can be used to showcase properties that use the token as a form of exchange. This could be done in the for of an app and connected IOT door lock device. The token can be used as an exchange of value between rent payers or vacation short term stays.
