Done
- Made "rent ready" Unit 1 of Duplex property
- Added funds to debit cards
- Converted tenant prospect to tenant-guest (non-official)



To do:
- Create Owner and Tenant Statements on propertyware.com

- Mail out debit cards to department head
- Register company as LLC with Texas Sec of State
- Setup separate bank account for Duplex property.
