Just changed logo on the website. Thank you Vinil for the great looking new logo that's going to give our company a new look.

I deleted a posting by chizoba acting as the centsacc001 profile. It was placed in the finance blog and it had virtual no content.

changed names on forums, legal department is now

Legal department / investor relations

Admin's blog is now

Website admin / Tech support

Moved President's Blog out and renamed President's Blog /HR

Communications Department is now Marketing / Sales Department

as i see that in some forum, when a user post a new topics, it shows in the lower portion of the forum. that means the oldest post is displayed first and the newest post is displayed in the last.

but actually i think it should be reversed so that the newest post is shown in the first.

will i make that?

Shahib there seems to be a problem with the website, but it's not happening to everyone on the forum. Will you please look into this?

Something has happened to the mission statement. There is a partial sentence at the end that does not make sense. Did something get left off during one of the changes? This will need to be fixed.

What is happening to the website? The tabs all have red X's in them and some of them cannot be read. Is there any chance that when changes are made, someone could check to see what has happened before releasing the change? I would like to see a blog that would indicate what change is being made, when the change is released (this would mean the change has been verified) and who is making the change.

Added "Door Tags" on the diffrient blogs in the company along with links to the profiles.

I may have messed up some setting so I apologize if someone couldn't see the forum for a few hours. I was adjusting the permissions of the forums to create a owner's portal I used the member account 'lrojas' to test it. I you use a owner portal the owner will be able to see only a few forums titled Documents, My Account, Report, Statements, Bills, and Conversations.

These will be used so that the property owner can have up to date information on his/her property. I also changed the font size to make the forum easy to read, and the width for more space.

Dear members,
please change your profile in the following way so that other members can see your email address and contact with you.

1. go to your profile
2. select preferences from the top navigation
3. you will see "Allow members to contact me by e-mail :" at the top line
4. select "By e-mail client software"
5. save

its done.

Shihab I have instructed a few members of the forum to bookmark there postings with Google bookmarks in an attempt to make the forum better searched. If you have an Idea how to make our forum searched better using any tools you may have please post any proposals here in your blog.

I have changed the setting on the "accounting department" blog and other to allow all memeber of the forums to write messages. This will allow others to post new topics on each others blogs.

I have added titles to everyone in the site so that others may now more about who is participating. I have giving admin privileges to shihab03 who will be administerating the site.

Replaced the front page of the forum to reflect what it is the site was intended to create.

Moved all the post that were made before the creation of the blog area. Most went into the CEO blog but some were placed in the Admin's blog.
Also changed the contact information on the profile to include email address. Created a blog area for the SEO specialist.

Non-Registered guest can now view and read topics and comments. Editing and writing still require registration.

I'm also trying to get every one to be able to view the post even if their not registered. I've opened the site up to some keyword advertising.

Today i am going to take down the .02 campaign and replace it with welcome page that will explain what the vision of the company is.

I also tried to open up the CEO blog for everyone to be able to read but not write. I don't think I have it working yet. I also noticed that I can post "additional rules" on the first Registration Agreement Terms page.
