Great job Larry. Now as the business plan is developed, there now is some reference point on how this business is unique and can be differentiated from other property managment groups who also have website interaction services.

As was pointed out before, most realtors offer both services to sell properties they list, but also property managment services, property maintenance services, and property investment options; where the real estate group may want to buy the property and lease and/or sell the property. They offer all these services due to executive homes provided to corporations.

Sometimes companies will sell the property to the realtor group to get out from under the property quickly. Realtor groups are also big participants at county foreclosures as the have advantage over other bidders due to access to valuation which banks and the general public must pay to obtain.

Again, inorder for the company to sell its services, it must know the competition, what services are being offered, and why someone should utilize this company's services over a large nationally recognized property managment group.

This issue becomes even more important when it comes time to raise capital with investors. As a new entrant to the property managment market, the "barriers to entry" becomes easier if the company serves to fill a market need and void. Otherwise it comes down to comparing services and price becomes the key to entry to those barriers. But "price' is a slippery slope to tackle without deep pockets. Which, at this point, is not available. Thus we are left with distinguishing the company from competitors; showing how the services differ and why its in the investors and clients interest to take advantage of the Company's services.
