Very good to speak with you again last Friday and I’m very grateful that you are on our forum and sharing your extensive knowledge with us. As we discussed I wanted to move forward on obtaining an LLC from the state of Texas and I look forward in working together on it. It is very important that any business we conduct be honest, fair and in good faith and obtaining limited liability status allows for the best flexibility.
