Today I changed a bracer on the electrical panel outside of the house because the tenant was without air conditioning sense Sunday night. All went well, I received two complaints one from the neighbor to the west about the tenants dogs going over to his yard and pooping on the lawn. The neighbor to the East was upset that the tenant has been running over the garden that is on the property line. I hope there are no other issues with the neighbors. I also received the rent check early from the tenant who wants to pay on the 1st every month.

As of today I will like to include a the single family home located in Hollywood, fl to the valuation of the company as a whole. Do to the fact that there will be more content on the site if the second property was included.

Because Moises asked me to paint the apartment inside I gave him $40 cash to buy and paint the place him self. I went over there on Saturday Nov 06, 2010.

I've been customizing the site for ease of use and to accept payments through Paypal.com the idea is that if someone doesn't have the cash to buy "their two cents" right away the can buy through the site. I went to pick up the rent today as I was talking to Ruth (1673 tenant) she said that ceiling fans are needed for the house because "it gets to hot". Luis Ruth's husband said that the neighbors keep parking in their parking spot. Moises's wife asked for paint to paint the place inside. She said if I buy it Moises will paint the place.
