- We are on the hunt for a CFO (www.ccaintl.com)

- We will capitalize on the Property Management company

- GOAL: $1,000,000 in capitalization within 3 years

- ACQUISITION:
- we will have the contracts to manage the properties through
1. Real Estate licensed professionals
2. Lease purchase/options
3. Real Estate Lawyers

- BENCHMARK companies for REIT is
- REIT CCA International http://www.ccaintl.com/
- Property Management companies focusing on SFR. But for our company since we are in expansion we would take anything now that will meet our criteria.

- Criteria - we will take properties that provide GROSS monthly rental of $2000

TARGET MARKET
1. Property Owners - landlord, out of state owners, we will buy leads, online postings, webpage

2. Real Estate Licensed professionals - network

3. Tenants - rent.com, autoresponders, blogs, property postings

4. Vendors and Suppliers

- MARKETING STRATEGIES - GOAL: DOMINATION the market should feel that we are RULE, we are the EXPERTs in what we do.

1. Blogging for each of these target market
2. Email catcher - landing page/squeeze page - google - will try 1shoppingcart - Done
3. Auto responder - set-up is done need articles to send to Tenants who will opt-in
4. Social Networks - Facebook page, Twitter, Linked-In, etc.
5. Online Free Classified ads -
5. Rewards / Prizes thru online incentives

- SALES - in this order Real Estate Agent, Luis R., Operations Manager, Joie

OUR EDGE: I'll keep it simple. The Power of the Cents

1. A criteria of Gross monthly $2000 rental too high?
2. RISKS- how do we plan to protect ourselves?
3. CEO to share calendar.
4. We would need a graphic designer for our Branding - Logo (I will look around)
