Participate and be active in all legal maters of any degree, complexity, or scope pertaining to Good Faith Property Management LLC.
Participate in all scheduled meetings posted on the forum
Advise on Tenant/Landlord laws relevant to any and all 50 states.
Participate and direct Due diligence efforts pertaining to all legal matters.
Work with any and all members of Good Faith property management
Procurement & construction or contracts, subordination non-disturbance agreements, mezzanine & bridge financings, commercial & residential mortgages, lease-to-own agreements, etc.
Compose and deliver agreements between Good Faith Property Management and licensed real estate professionals for hiring on a consultant basis.
