Rental Property management Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator

SCOPE: The sales coordinator position will be responsible for assembling coordinating, and supporting the sales team. The sales coordinator will be responsible for a smooth and organized flow of information between sales managers and senior management. This position will require communication with customers and all levels of the organization. Sales goals and revenue.

As a key contact point for sales inquiries and customer information, (phone, mail, e-mail, etc.) the sales coordinator will be responsible to distribute the proper information to the appropriate sales reps, customer or designated department for review
Preparation and distribution of literature requests, ability to assist sales reps with quotes, bids and related information will flow through the sales coordinator
Disciplined “follow up" and “follow through" skills are critical to accomplishing the

responsibilities of this position
Record keeping (files, prospect lists, reports, customer contact data base, etc.) is a responsibility of the sales coordinator
Maintaining an appointment schedule will also be a required duty, as well as assisting the sales managers in all communications
Develop a working knowledge about the Company’s services and programs to converse more effectively with customers, sales managers and internal departments
Previous experience with, or the ability to develop, a concrete understanding of real estate rental industry.
Department budget, Sales reporting, one blog post per week.

Exceptional and demonstrable organization skills with regards to files and records keeping, calendar scheduling, contact management through a CRM software package and adherence to detailed processes
Fluency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, and other Microsoft Office software programs
Capability to assist sales in assembling bid packages, RFP, RFQ, and RFI related formats
Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and plus the ability to compile different types of spread sheets and word processing forms to create reports for Management

Qualifications: Must have at least two of the below to be considered for the position:
Four Year Degree in Business or related field
1+ year of experience with
3+yrs Experience in Sales Dept for real estate related business

Base + Commission
5 Hours a week
