1.GOT THE CHECK NEEDS ARE MET CAN I GET ANOTHER RENT

2.Make sure to collect the rent in full and on time.

3.make sure any of the tenants and owners needs are met.

4.i judge myself and we review once a week

5. I am the boss with as little help from my assistant as possible

6.Luis rojas is my helper , limited help only

7.did i fullfill and surpass the expectations of the owner and of the tenant.
