I have drawn up a draft of some of the things I can think of that we
spoke about. Please take some time to review I will have a final version
done soon and posted on odesk.com

amendments and various contracts associated with rental property management.

Compose review approve public statements to the
forum for officers of the company.

Counsel and assist company staff with assessing
and resolving disputes with landlord and vendors.

Supervise, coordinate, the evictions of tenants.

Other duties associated with representing good
faith property management

Directing and reviewing all business practices
and legal matters pertaining to everyday operations.

Assisting and directing efforts in business
acquisitions.

Advising on important legal disclosures for
leases such as lead based paint disclosure.

Compose non-compete, and confidentiality agreements, and disclosures on the website.

Participate and be active in all legal maters of
any degree, complexity, or scope pertaining to Good Faith Property Management
LLC.

Participate in all scheduled meetings posted on
the forum

Advise on Tenant/Landlord laws relevant to any
and all 50 states.

Participate and direct Due diligence efforts pertaining
to all legal matters.

Work with any and all members of Good Faith
property management

Procurement & construction or contracts,
subordination non-disturbance agreements, mezzanine & bridge financings,
commercial & residential mortgages, lease-to-own agreements, etc.

Compose and deliver agreements between Good Faith Property Management and licensed real estate professionals for hiring on a consultant basis.
